I remember we got penalised for putting the kick off out on the full when the full back did that with one foot stretched back over the line at the end of the field but caught it in the in goal area...

Ive seen it in those instances, which I dont agree with, but I have seen plenty of players go up for bombs, one foot in the field of play one behind the line and its a drop out, so how could it be considered caught on the full?
