Deflections aside, I was just looking for the claimed "stated intent" of the Board's desire for the club to be rebuilt from the ground up - seems like assertion the cupboard is empty of sources this time.

Long-term plan I'd certainly heard/read about, but hadn't linked it to a rebuilding from the ground up.

Interesting too that it was believed Anderson had inherited an "absolute disaster" at one stage there too.
