Do Jets supporters support the association with the Roosters

glad to see the majority of you bluebags support our affiliation. i think it's great

any idea how long our partnership is in place for?

I fully support the association with the Roosters!

The alternative I believe, would have been to eventually drop back to Jim Beam Cup.

That would be a bitter pill to swallow. I followed the Club around during those days and there certainly wasn't many of us around. It's hard to watch our proud/famous club playing out on parks in the back blocks of Sydney. We certainly don't deserve that kind of treatment.

Even since our return to Henson Park, if it was a stand alone JB game we would struggle to get 200 people.

So true mate. I was there with ya yellin though and we were pretty darn loud as a crowd :lol: ;-)

I remember some of those games back in the Y2K when we first came back in that 1 st season. The bar/stadium side of the HILL was very crowded ( more even at times ) by today's successful standards. Then it died off again, ( after that raping by Souths I suppose ) . The crowds seem to have come slowly back again though. It's all good mate.

what about Oki last weekend.?? Big cheer as the jets came on and some of the Sharks mum's clapped when they did. Gold mate !! LOL..... And it was their home game. !!!

Can't remember if it was three of five years mate. I hope the benefits start to pay this season for the Roosters though, as nothing short of the G/Final may suffice. ;-) I figure they would be expecting some substantial benefits this season by now though. lookin like that kind of year is possible hopefully in both grades mate, though very early to call.
