I will not boo anyone, except for Ezra Gram, until the cows come home.

I dunno, when someone breaks into your house and threatens to murder you, in that moment there is trauma even if it turns out he was never going to follow through with it. I hear what you're saying, but the piece of shit factor is much higher in making someone thinking they're about to die, as opposed to the dumb f**k mentality of driving high/drunk.Driving unlicenced, coked up and Drunk may not be threatening to murder someone but it is far more dangerous
No one can ever tell me this wasn't the greatest Simpsons episode of all time.Ddddaaaaaaarrrrrryyyyyllllll!!!

I'm not excusing Ezra because ultimately he was selfish, reckless and considerably lucky. However, he plead guilty to driving without a license and for driving with a drug present in his system - which is different to driving under the influence of drugs. He was never charged with any drunk driving charges.Driving unlicenced, coked up and Drunk may not be threatening to murder someone but it is far more dangerous

There was a lot of conjecture around the case with the victims claiming that Ezra had broken the hip of a four year old girl but it appears it was simple that: conjecture and public speculation.
Well it's difficult to gauge an accurate penalty when there is so much conjecture and misinformation. It's important to actually understand what crime has been committed here.Which goes to my point earlier that society in general is soft on traffic offences. I have yet to hear a single person come out and say the penalty is spot on
