I voted not sure....Cause im not.Still not sure on a lot of coaches.Exceptions are bellamy- bennet-des an cleary. Would I swap BA for any of the other coaches other than those 4? Probably not.
Some coaches get lucky with the team and squad succession -BA walked into a better squad than SK and Ricky Stuart. Both times we played Canberra we had a much better team on paper.I think Canberra where better than us on both games.Does that make Ricky a better coach? Not really.

its Parramatta's policy to sack a coach once every 3 years. I hope Arthur enjoys his last two seasons as a eels coach.

I am still undecided, I think anyone other then Stuart would've improved this squad this year, however still wasn't happy with the soft nature out defensive line and some other aspects.

I expect nothing but Atleast a top 8 finish next season

Coaching NRL is more about preparing a team and getting them ready mentally these days.
Is des a great coach? What did his dogs do tactically brilliant? No real set moves.Just plough it up the middle.Put a bomb up and chase etc......Id say he is great at team bonding more than tactics-Brian Smith is a great tactician but is he a great coach? He seems to fall out with everyone.
The duke and Ivan Cleary for me are the cream of the crop.No crap-Good honest hard working team with a few tricks in the bag..Id swap BA for those two any day of the week. You would be a fool if you said you wouldn't.

On the flip side para will make the top 8 next year.Your about too see our most brutal forward pack since when dean pay was there. It wont be the prettiest team to watch but it will be a brutal pack.Big hits, rippn in etc. I think everyone is going to be suprised next year.Im not sure why but its my gut feeling that we will come out of the blocks firing and by rnd 12 people will be talking premiership.

BTW im sick of the negative attitude on here.Stop baggn the club and F$$$kn support them. The negative energy from the fans flows onto the team.

I like your positivity!

Not sure where to post this, but a good read and Sandow definitely has confidence in arthur

You also liked Burt at fullback over Hayne and liked Stuart.

Run along.

A quick look through his past posts exposes a complete gold mine of tom foolery.

Just pray he never applied for a job at parra, with the way the board is he would be the type who will be rubber stamped as a must hire lol

You REALLY wanna go there Ron?

:sarcasm:

What great news!!!....Burt is my favourite player and the loyalty he has shown towards Parra is terrific.

Graham will be a great player!!

Great news all round.
