Shouldn’t it be based on number of wins rather than our position? The makes more sense to me.

I place very little relevance on results after we mathematically out of contention and have nothing to lose. It is very easy to throw the ball around willy nilly and jag a few wins when you’re under know pressure to perform. The results up until that point are far more telling.

Quite possibly. I think it depends largely on his recruitment and retention for 2019. If he can land a Paulo, Klemmer, outside back and possibly hooker, then he is probably worth giving another year to see what he can do. If he can’t get it done soon then I think it’s time we put serious feelers out there for a new coach to start preseason at the end of this year. Once that decision is made, that coach can start to recruit/retain.

Yep, referring exclusively to recruitment. I could live with 2018 being a total f**k up from the coaching staff from a tactical, fitness, recruitment and retention point of view if they can somehow pull off an incredible recruitment drive for 2019 in the next month or two.

If not, BA is told he has a job for the remainder of the year and will be rissoled and we look for a new coach.
