We just need to accept that poor decisions is one of the weak points of our roster compared to better rosters. On the plus side, when we’re not overconfident we are good at staying patient. Maybe BA needs to constantly remind them how shit they are?

A left field option for replacing BA is Josh Hannay.

I found it Interesting that Billy Slater every chance he has got has given Josh Hannay a wrap for the way he help prepare QLD in the origin series especially tactically.

Unlike other assistant coaches Hannay at least has experience in the top role as he been caretaker twice now at different clubs and would know all the extra responsibilities like having to do weekly press conferences which is something I think is underestimated when coaches move into the top role.

He almost guided the sharks to a finals spot last year and the players were happy for Fitzy to keep him on as an assistant at Cronulla.

I think Hannay appears to be a very good tactician. I suspect Seibold is also a very good tactician, as was Jason Taylor, and Trent Barrett, and Matt Parish. These people are excellent Assistants, and that is where they should've remained.

I’m just suggesting that we aren’t logically consistent with how we assess the merits of various coaches. Too much emotion when it comes to BA. I get the frustration though…
