There most definitely have been a few - Gutherson, Nathan Brown.

But he doesn't have the sheer runs on the board that Bellamy does - just because Bellamy has been doing it longer.

No mention of the spoon. I do find it interesting that Matt Thompson thinks if we had Bellamy or Robinson that we would have won a premiership during that time.

What was inferior about them? They were packed with Origin players and premiership winners and they won three finals matches that year. There was nothing inferior about them.

WTF does 'underranked' mean? We finished where we deserved to finish. We faced Penrith because they lost in week one to an inferior team. Anything can happen on the day. They almost lost to us.
If we don't finish top four it's because we are only one of several teams fighting for maybe only one available top four spot and some other team had better luck.

They were inferior because we finished above them on the ladder and they were missing their best player in Thurston. They had results go their way to make the top 8 so they got lucky in that regard.

Underranked means you finish on the ladder at a lower position of what your teams strength compared to other teams on the ladder. We should have finished better than sixth last season.

If we don’t finish top 4 after all of our advantages this season then we are wasting a golden opportunity.

I think that’s fanciful when it comes to Robbo. Bellamy is different though. Has shown he is a development coach.

But he isn't solely responsible. What makes him a great coach is that he develops leaders in the playing ranks that make muppet players better.

That said, you could argue that Smith, Slater and Cronk were likely to be leaders no matter where they played.
