Does anyone still not want to sack Flanno?

I think this is a better question nowadays.

Not liaising with Gorman about player swaps so should be the last straw with this guy. Surely after everything Flanno has gone through and put the club and it's supporters through, he should be doing absolutely everything by the books.

Good on Gorman for putting his foot down.

I don't know why the Sharks ever wanted him back in the first place. Surely a fresh start with a new coach and and old fashioned player clean out would have benefited the Sharks more after the whole drugs saga than reinstating the coach who oversaw it all.

I've never understood why the Sharks stood by him. Must have been some sort of threat of legal action or some naked pictures of a past board members wife involved or something.

If he was more experienced and had a better record, maybe I could see it but considering his level of experience and track record, the Sharks should have just cut and run. It's not like he was some hot commodity that other clubs would have been lining up to sign on.

Sharks could probably have easily sourced someone better. Even a complete newbie head coach like Trent Barrett would probably have had more to offer.

From the outside, it seems that under Flanno the Sharks just seem to lurch from one shit situation to another.

I want Flano to stay

But then again I am a vindictive b*stard who enjoys seeing the Sharks suffer. :)

I always thought however that this would be his final year at the sharks barring a miracle finals run and that they only kept him to steer the club through the mess. Next year has to be a clean slate for the club for them to move forward.

C'mon fellas, give the man a chance. I reckon another 3-5 years should see if he's got it or not.

He's one win behind Robbo, Hasler and 6 others, better for and against than three of those, level with Toovey and Arthur . . . welcome to F**kwit Paradise

Who puts tiles in a gym?

Flanno

?You need to have specialists in every position. But our staff, we were a jack of all trades. We needed to break that mentality as a club and that included me where I would put my hand up to lay tiles in the gym or would we have coaching staff cooking the BBQ. We had our conditioner filling the water bottles. At every other club that wouldn?t happen.
