The Dolphins kinda have that territory if they use it !

Should be considered down the track. Fast growing region with separate identity to Brisbane, 300k+ population. QLD govt is a lot more likely to continue upgrading Kawana stadium than ever build a new stadium in Ipswich.

Teams 20 and 21 should be NZ 2 and Brisbane 3, or whichever order. Could Team 22 be a battle between Adelaide, Sunshine Coast, Melbourne 2, Fiji, Central Coast?

Out of that list, Adelaide may be the favorite purely because every mainland state will have an NRL team.
