im afriad as long as the brains behind the NSW team are picking the likes of idris (come on you know they will) then we have little chance.
Ahhh......so you're a kiwi
figures.........
The strongest possible QLD backline would be:As soon as he saw Soward, Scott, or any player he does not rate in the NSW backline then he would have been ready to go on a rampage.
But its not at full strength now, is it? So not only a loss to depth, but a loss to the actual team. Learn to process things fully to their ultimate conclusion.
Would be unless Boyd or Yow Yeh are moved to centre. Who is the next winger in line? Tuqiri being an Aus rep last year is the obvious candidate...
Not a loss to Queensland? The success rate of the bomb just diminished greatly and you're suggesting this does not count as a loss to Qld. Of course recent retirements count as losses.
Hah. Well we shall know come game day and who runs out on the field (and how well they do) whether or not there is actually a crisis.
Haha. I also qualify as English, an intellectual and many other things...
Does that all figure too to you Yoda?
It probably does not.
The strongest possible QLD backline would be:
1. Billy Slater
2. Jharal Yow-Yeh
3. Justin Hodges
4. Willie Tonga
5. Darius Boyd
One of those players being out and not having an equal quality replacement is hardly an injury crisis. QLD would have picked Inglis ahead of Tonga for sure, but Tonga is the better option IMO.
Justin Hodges is the only player missing from the strongest possible backline. None of the replacements are near his quality, but that's still 4 international players in your 1-5 along with the best halves and hooker in the game.
Willie Tonga isn't slow
Not too hard to figure you out mate..........
