Destroyed them two starts ago, then almost won with a premier league side .

You 'destroyed' the Baby Broncs, who lost their halfback (Seymour) earlier in the game.

no..he is referring to the game at lang park 2004 (aug 15th)
Seymour never played that game...he was injured many weeks before that.
It was close at halftime but then broncos went nuts and put 40 on the broncos.

It was a far cry from the Baby Broncs. It was the same forward pack bar 2 players I think. Someone posted the team in another post.

Broncos 2005 are a completely different side to 2004 - but they still struggled to beat the Dogs when they should have thrashed them.

I won't deny Brisbane are strong favourites, but I can't wait to see how it all pans out. The Dogs don't need to gel with a brand new side, it's the same core star players just returning from injury - so it might take a lot sooner to gel then you're hinting at.

I predict there will be one of two scenarios tonight. The dogs will come out and destroy the Broncos with a quick succession of tries (they could still get run down ala against the Roosters), or we'll have a similar game to the one the Broncos won 24-0 where the Dogs will struggle to penetrate.

Bulldogs would have to score quite a bit of points to win and hope their defense improves. Posession will be the key as always as we saw last week with the storm

Well of course my exaggerated statement falls well short of definite but it looks to me like the doggies are becoming a bogey side for Brisbane.
Actually I believe that honour currently belongs to the Warriors

disagree.
the dogs, even when they lose tonight ;-) , will still be there at seasons end.
Next 2 weeks they have the rabbits and knights. Thats "4 points" right there...So that will take them to 25. Plus they have other winnable games coming up.
Dogs are not out of this comp whatsoever

I agree Charlie Saab, I am expecting Brisbane to win but if we win this game it will be a bonus, assuming we lose tonight we will need to win 4 of our last 6 to assure ourselves of a top 8 spot by getting to 29 points, 27 could even be enough but 29 will make it for sure, with our run home, 4 out of 6 is very possible indeed if not 6 out of 6.

If bulldogs win this they should get 6 out of 6 if they lose it could range from 3-5
