Marshs right elbow hit Barrets shoulder, Marshs left hand glanced Barretts chin.
Get it right, tell it the way it really is, not the way you wanna see it.

He didnt try to take his head off, he was putting pressure onthe kicker, quite obvoiusly......take off the red n white glasses.

Im amazed by people that say one thing when its obviously another and there for all to see inblack& white or inthis case, colour.
Thank you for bringing some sanity to this

explain to me how the cocked elbow caught by video and stills wasn't there ??
Still having trouble with your anatomy classes are you? Elbow connected to forearm. Forearm raised straight. Elbow moves too (always troubled the Dragons fans that one). Elbow not pointed ahead of straight forearm. Elbow not cocked.

That kind of thing happens EVERY SINGLE WEEK!!

Shifty Sherwin got absolutely BARRELLED by some of those big, nasty Kiwis a number of times :p yesterday for eg!...Many of them, they COULD have pulled out of their challenges - IF tyhey had wanted to!

But that's the just way the game is!...Did Shifty bounce to his feet, burst into tears & run over & start king-hitting Temata or Faumuina???

No. he got to his feet, dusted himself down and just got on with his sh!t...and HIS team ended up winning a tight game!

That's how a MAN handles that kind of situation!

Youre ona hiding to nothing here taxidriver & Doust!

That is after contact has been made and he is already past him. It proves nothing. This shot below on the other hand before contact shows him bracing for impact with his forearms locked and his elbows pointing down. And just notice in the image how far his front forearm is below Barretts head. A big distance.

I think Marsh was careless - maybe 1 week, I found it hard to come to any firm conclusion on the footage. Although mickdo' photo shows Marsh was clearly charging the ball down, and not attacking Barrett's head

Barrett cannot attack a player from behind - if he'd been as skillful as Danny Williams and knocked Marsh senseless (which was clearly his intention i.e., he attacked his head, from behind) then wouldn't we be demanding a lengthy suspension. Aside from anything else, it was another instance of Barrett showing he's a very dumb player

Many people have raved about Cayless et al charging in, but what were they supposed to do, let a team-mate be viciously attacked from behind?

Can't argue with photographic proof Dragons, blind freddy can see initial contact will be made on Barrett's arm and deflect into his shoulder (Marsh didn't elbow Barrett in the chin!)

How is that the contact showing after he has 'passed him' when his elbow is jammed into the bottom of his jaw?

Are you legally blind, or just ignorant? The photo you showed has his elbow well past his chin. Here... have another look...

I'll give you a hint. That's Marsh's elbow below Barrett's right ear, past his chin.

In the end still photos prove nothing either way. Slow motion replays can also be a hinderance. Watch the incident at full speed and I thought it was a deflection. Barrett is an idiot. Maybe he and Mick Crocker can go to anger management during their respective suspensions

But it wasnt on the street, it was on a football field and Marsh provoked it by raising his elbow.

Foul play occurs against players EVERY week, do you see them publically asking the judiciary to do something about it because "he hit me"? I dont even think Mark O'Neill did that...he just let the judiciary take care of it just as Marsh should.

Do you see other players laying into the back of the head of another player because of it?

I don't think O'Neill said anything for the next couple of months because his jaw was wired up, and he probably didn't remember anything

Nope - i can only assume that must be a different one mate!

When has Adrian Morley ever been fast enough to GET within 3 feet of Brent Sherwin (the one of the team formerly known as the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs I am talking about here!) - just for a START!?

Would you care to name any particular incidences of this? Because I sure as hell can't recall any!!!
