Dragons - Bennets best side this century?

Just wondering when the last Bennet coached Broncos side was this far in front at this stage of a minor premiership since 01? I can't recall one - given the 06 premiership side only challenged in the last few weeks of the finals.

This leads me to the next question - is the 09 Dragons the most talented squad he has had to work with this decade? I cannot remember a half or 5/8 carving defences up like Soward - remember Heather's success comes from setting up play. On paper, hype and reputation suggests no. But how come Brisbane only produced 1 premiership in the last 8 Bennet seasons, and his first at St George is dwarfing anything he did at Brisbane in that time?

The Broncos haven't been that great since 2000. Its just that it 2006 they caught fire and the Dogs and Storm choked at the death.

The Dragons have been more consistent than any Bronco team since 2000, but it won't mean much if they drop their bundle in the finals.
