So what you and AJB1102 are espousing is that Bellamy once having either grown or reconditioned players to greatness inexplicably lets them go at the top of their game, no signs whatsoever they are reaching his level of use-by date
Then these players are going to coaches, the equal of Bellamy and his strict regime, and fail . . . nothing to do with the shit coaches they encounter and the obvious lack of structure they need to shine nor the fact they were beginning to show signs not to Bellamy's liking
We'll forget the super great players like Inglis, Folau, Bell, etc who left because of money and were taught to coach themselves and players like Tolman, Blair and O'Neill who are starters in high profile teams
