Dugan was a very good for us however, his heavy rep duties may have taken it's toll on him.

You don't dismiss playing for your country however, if it was his last contract you do your best.

I expect the only remaining signings for 2019 will be bargain scraps as I understand the club was under Salary cap pressure. Probably to do with players whom represented this year in Origin having increases stipulated in their contract terms!
