It is obvious justa that our players are not up to scratch and the coaches aren't that much chop either. The first grade players will be under no pressure to do too much as their positions will be safe because the lower grade players wont get to push anyone out.

We really need a strong reserve grade to succeed in the top grade.

100% Dave and the way we have started this season at our home ground above all , please dont tell me that there isn;t a problem with the club and the way our lower grades have been coached

FFS our KOE cup side is copping a flogging and JF got hammered by the Bulldogs as well, WTF is going on with those sides, especially the experience the KOE cup side has with NRL

As I said this club and these teams are divided. Has been that way since BBQ gate. I said that our on field performances in both grades would reflect this. Nothing is going to change until the CEO, the GM and the coach are removed. Let's see how 1sts go.

Totally agree Nana, unfortunately our KOE side I think has no passion, totally embarrassing atm

I always found to achieve the best out of the players was to remind them that there was pressure on their spots from reserves. It always seemed to work. There is no such pressure on our 1st graders and hasn't been for many seasons now

It's awful last season we avg 8,300 at Kogarah. The faithful are voting with their feet
