Dream second row pairing = Lawrence and Sironen

Young Siro to me, lacks that mongrel that a NRL forward needs. I wonder if he needs a good smack in the mouth before he goes on (he can't get one on the field any more😀) It just might fire him up but I doubt it.

Maybe he needs some one on one with Uncle Blocker?

Old time tiger the apple never falls far from the tree. His old man had no mongrel & was lucky he played in a magnificent balmain pack in the 80's..The only hope is like u said that uncle blocker roughs him up a little & inserts some cahoonas in him.

Personally I'd pay for an opposition forward to whack Galloway early in a game in the hope that Keith may wake from his hibernation.

Sirro Snr was never what I would call a hard man but he was a special player. I think Sirro Jnr can still come good and I think Lawrence can slot into the back row as well.

I think a backrow of Lawrence and Sirro can actually be really good.

Its our outside backs that are terrible. They will be a lot better with Simona and Nofo in the team but we still need at least another fast outside back and some capable replacements when injuries occur.

Rowdy seemed suited to the backrow, our backline sure is missing Simona and Nofo,Ted is the only back that looks capable of scoring atm with the two before hand missing.

I wasn't impressed with Nofo's stint at centre. Would prefer Milone to partner Simona in the centres.

Lawrence looked far more at home on Friday.

Still don't rate him as a player in any way at this stage of his career but if we have to use him second row is the spot

Milone looks like a poor mans Joel Reddy , cant see him ever becoming anything special.

Anyone that has watched Hoeter in lowers knows he has defensive issues. Lovett is twice the player Sironen is in half the time, and he is average. When Rowdy comes off contract we will finally have some funds to recruit a centre who will push Nofo back to the wing when Richards retires, and a pair of back rowers and an impact prop to support Lodge when Marty and Woodsy come off. We are getting owned when these two are interchanged.

Of course Paul wasn't soft.I admit that out of disappointment in his sons efforts I wrongly associated the lack of mongrel Curtis has displayed with his old man. What I should've said is the old mans physical aggression didn't match the imposing physical specimen that he was.Albeit Paul was a wonderful 2nd rower in a team I loved & fantasise that west tigers could replicate.Hope Curtis becomes half the player he's old man was & can't wait to be in a sea of black & gold @ Leichhardt today.

I think Lawrence and Siro might make a very good pairing. Lawrence was again good today.
