So you went to all that effort to start a thread about your dream and this is all we get?

Last night I dreamed that I had explosive watery diarrhoea. I probably went to about 5 different toilets throughout the dream each time I would be pissing out of my arse. I wanted to vomit in the dream but I didn't.

What does this mean?

Once had a nightmare that PouPou Escobar was selected by England and won them the World Cup with his excellent football brain and I had to apologise for all the times I'd called him an idiot.

Waking up was a relief.

IMO, too much is made of dreams. Do people take their thoughts so seriously at other times of severe impairment? Who analyses their thoughts after severe concussion? When was the last time you probed the meaning of your drunken thoughts as you munched on a kebab or ate floor? Dreams are taken far too seriously.

Past dreams I've had include me trying to rescue a girl I knew in High School (& haven't seen in ten years) from Hurstville Westfield as it was being crushed by the Marshmellow Man from Ghostbusters, me flying to the Arctic in one of those old-fashioned bicycle planes to collect the third molar of Greenland sharks for apparent medical value, & me trying to raise capital for building a movie screen which would hover between the pylons of ANZAC Bridge for people to watch as they drove over. Other people dream of weird shit too.

The moral is your brain is handicapped during sleep & is doing stupid, meaningless, unco-ordinated bullsh!t. It doesn't deserve newspaper articles, books, or specials on Oprah.

Yours is handicapped when it's awake as well. What skill!

Here's a recipe to celebrate!

A Dreamy Blues is a Chocolate & Orange Martini that takes on an entirely different look with all the same, luscious flavors. It's a layered cocktail of white creme de cacao and blue curaçao that is best if both liqueurs and the glass are chilled. It can also be made into an eye-catching, layered shot. This is the perfect light cocktail for baby showers if you know it's going to be a boy.
Prep Time: 3 minutes

Total Time: 3 minutes

Yield: 1 Cocktail

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Pour the creme de cacao into a well-chilled cocktail glass.
  2. Float the blue curaçao on top.
