No try IMO. But had no impact on the outcome.
When the biggest cheating merkin from the biggest cheating merkin team in the history of the game says he dropped it ...you don’t need to use any bunker.
that is whats wrong with our game ..... right there !!
What's wrong with our game is that we're bitching about one decision (that was technically correct) when we could be praising the game from last night - the expansive play, some magnificent long passing, a few great kicks (JAC for Slater, Milf for himself), big hits and some pure speed - how good was Jimmy the Jet chasing JAC?
This is falseApparently if you "knock on" but kick it before it hits the ground that IS a knock on.
I didn't know Cameron Smith lost the top spot? Why did you need to bring Paul Gallen into the conversation??
Also not in the rules....I keep hearing about how from now on anybody who drops the ball should just kick it after it bounces, but it doesn’t work that way. Slater was allowed to play on because he dropped it with the intention of kicking it which in turn makes it a drop kick, he didn’t drop it then decide to kick because he dropped it.
I am fine with the f**king over the Broncos part, but I am not ok with the rewarding Billy Slater part.
A real ponderer this one...
Same way your club gets a bullshit penalty in golden point to win a game. f**king who knows?
And please don't call him a future immortal. It's not a foregone conclusion yet. So many things could get in the way. He could be suspended for this entire year for trying to kick someone lying on the ground, a nuclear holocaust, anything. We live in hope.
Perhaps he was referring to something else a little more kinky?Strapped on a boot? What is this, 1954? They have laces now champ.
Benji Marshall against the dragons, first semi final 2011.
Still f**king dirty about that one.
Particularly as the 'kick' was off his shin once the ball hit the ground.
It’s always been the case you can drop kick the ball anywhere on the field. The fact the refs have usually got the rule wrong in the past is why it hasn’t been used, that and the fact neither the players, coaches or commentators know the rules very well lol. Now they’ve got it right we will probably will see it again, doesn’t really give any advantage though to do it so probably not likely.
