He can still play for Tonga if Australia/NZ do not want him for the world cup. But for the October test and post WC he is either NZ or Australia

i would not agree with him playing for Australia its already a joke with Hunt and Caroll wearing the green and gold.

it would be a real shame if he got persuaded to play for Aus. He would be a kiwi regular for the rest of his career if he keeps himself fit...

whereas he may just be a one game wonder if he decided to play for Australia.

btw hasn't he already been picked in a NZ squad before, but had to pull out due to suspension?

he was picked to be in a mid year test last yr against great britain in england , but we didnt let him go

I agree, mate. And I have a feeling he has a greater ambition of playing for the underdogs (ie: NZ or Tonga) than for the top dogs.
