Thus far, you have come on to two forums and stated that Dugan will be going to the Dragons, without ANY evidence. Just "where there is smoke.." and "There is something to this".

The only material I have read from Dugan is "I love Canberra", "I would hate to leave", "My family is in Canberra" and "There is a new contract in the works".

I'm not the authority, you're correct. That would be Dugan's management team, and the man himself. Whether he'll end up at the Roosters or Dragons is the issue here. I do feel for the Raiders, first Carney now this....oh well, Sam Williams might be the next big thing?

You selectively quoted an article, leaving out key parts, as shown over on the Dragons page. There is a lot more to this than is being circulated in the media, of course Dugan isn't going to openly bag anyone when he needs to stay at Canberra until the rights deal. There is a lot to this, which will become apparent mid next year.

Let me tell you, those rumours about his relationship with Furner aren't a load of shit.
It has nothing at all to do with his family or Dad being Dragons fans, where he ends up is anyones guess. He won't be in Canberra.
