What really gets me is how the word "misogyny" gets thrown out when you have absolutely no idea who we are as people. Sure, there are arsehole men out there who think they have some kind of power over women or that they're smarter because... I dunno, reasons, but I assure you I am not one of them and I don't think any of the people in this latest drama are either.

I was raised by a single mother, who is the strongest and the most street-smart women I have ever met in my life (I've seen her go toe-to-toe with blokes... and win). I have a partner who got her degree and protected the 2 boys from everything (before I came along) while in the middle of DV relationship. I now have 2 daughters (one 17) who are strong willed and allowed to explore any kind of expression they feel the need to. Our house is equal, and equality is taught and shown in our every day lives so that our kids know they can express an opinion and no one is going to shut them down.

So maybe, just maybe, next time you're in a fluster because you're having a debate with someone on footy forum and they don't agree with you, don't just throw out the word "misogyny" without a second thought. Because as it stands, I am not misogynistic and never have been and I find being labelled as such extremely offensive.

My rant, why don't the men cop the treatment that @Aliceinwonderland and myself cop? This was over a misunderstanding, which could have been avoided if @Iamback, had simply stated that his rant was not targeted at myself.

Exactly. I have a wife and 3 daughters one being stwp daughter. I wouldn't survive if I hated women. They are the most wonderful people and my entire world.

He did state that it wasn't aimed at you but you still weren't happy.

Are you actually serious? LU is full of arguments and men on men disagreements, and this sub-forum is no different. This has nothing to do with the fact that you are a women. Absolutely nothing. Why you keep trying to make it so is strange.

The fact you expect people to go out of their way to ensure you don't misinterpret their posts tells us more about you then them. (And why you felt the need to tag him knowing full well he's ignored you is a mystery to me also).

Anyway, my point is I am NOT a misogynist and I never have been. I won't be engaging in this discussion any further.

Saturday was our favourite. Drive from the central coast and park at the club, walk to Penrith centre and make a day of it.

I am lucky enough to live 5 mins from the ground but I agree.

Friday is good to come home. Relax have a few drinks watch a game in passing
Saturday night feels better for footy

I have a few mates who can't make it now due to work
