the easiest way to get a good reputation is by playing good footy consistently over a period of time.

Incumbancy is always a factor when making origin and test selections, if we didn't have some sort of merit system for the guys that play year in year out, we'd have half a team of debutants every game. Best is playing good footy, he was the Dragons leading try scorer last year, he deserves a shot.
