East Tigers feeding Storm?

Guys, can anyone provide me with any information regarding this topic.
I was told in the following post that East Tigers will be feeding Storm instead of Norths next season. I find this very hard to believe as Norths have very strong ties with Storm and I can't imagine this happening.
Recently I found that Tigers signed a deal with South Sydney which confused me further regarding this issue.
