My question is why would young Sths juniors like the highly talented Butcher boys feel as if they should just up & walk away from us!!????
Maybe they feel that their games may be nurtured better at Easts.

We can only bring on so many players this entire argument is f**king stupid really. If we have a huge pool of juniors some are going to have to play elsewhere thats just common sense.

The Roosters have been getting a free ride.

They broke the gentleman's agreement too.

So what if kids want to sign for the Roosters or any other side who are you to say they shouldn't?
These kids have a very small chance of reaching their dreams of being a pro player they have to take any chance they can get.

I stand by my views.

Roosters have gotten a free ride for far too long imo.

Souths don't contribute anything to junior rugby anyway.
So what's your plan? You can't stop Easts or anyone else signing up a young kid.

Your views are I hate easts and I'm a big cry baby. You don't take in to consideration these are actual peoples lives your talking about.

I didn't call you a cry baby.

I'm not getting into an argument with you and having you de-rail another thread.

I will end this conversation now.

It's up to Souths Juniors to decide who plays in their competition, SSDJRL invited the roosters but they turned and bit the hand that helped them..........end of story.

It's very petty at the end of the day it should be about the kids not point scoring as it seems to have turned in to.
Honestly if a kid can better himself and play professionally I don't understand why anyone would sensibly have an issue with that.

Not sure if this is correct but it has been said that it's costing the SSDJRL more than the roosters are putting in for their players.

The kids concerned should simply sign up to one of the Souths affiliated clubs and keep playing. or form a new club in the Souths district and keep playing.
