Rogers wouldn't know a 5/8, even if it bit him on the arse! Ditto Tuquri, the man with ZERO ball skills. Anyone who can do a few things with the ball would looks "special" according to Lote!

Probably but when the great Ella says it you take note.
Ella was game enough to nurture him at 16 and give him expert advice as his manager.

Also locky, since you didn't answer my question, the last person to be signed as a schoolboy was Elton Flately out of Nudgee.

Just an example of his dedication, was the fact that he decided instead of schoolies, he'd go straight into Waratahs training.

Lots of people skip schoolies for crying out loud. As for Flatley, he was only just above average to be honest. Great goalkicker but that is about it.

"Lots of people skip schoolies"
You missed my point completely.

"Flately - Above average"
Pretty much the face of QLD Rugby for years, captained his state, and kept Australia in the World Cup final.

Apart from kicking what exactly did flatley do? He was not a great 10, was a serviceable 12 at best. He could goalkick, and he was damn good at that but that is it.

I heard on the radio this morning that ROgers has come out stating that he will sit out the rest of his $500k contract if he is forced to stay with union. He's also stated that he hated union.

Rogers loved it when he was guaranteed a starting spot. Now that he's getting older, and his talents are fading, he suddenly changes his mind?

What a baby. I hope he does sit out, the Wallabies chances improve dramatically without him.

Its funny how he was trying to incourage other league players to come across a few years back as union was the best thing since sliced bread, and now that things arent going his way union is the worst game ever.
