I too would like someone with abit more experience.

Obviously we need our next coach to be successful, but it would be a nice touch if they had an Eels background like Dymock, Morgan or JT. But of course we need them to get the job done, who ever it is.

Plenty credit hasler for turning the dogs around but they had started playing ok under dymock the year before when he was care taker coach. He was also the one that blooded Reynolds.

As I said in another thread if we are gunning for a coach coming off contract I would employ Peter Sharp as an interim coach for 2014 and sign the new coach now for 2015. At least Sharp is a Parra boy, would fix our defence and could continue as the assistant coach in 2015.
