I am guessing due to evolution any penguins or similar non-flying birds were easy prey for polar bears - that is why they have puffins

There is a mostly empty shop in western Syd with over 50kgs of very powerful explosives sitting in the front window in full view of everybody. It's packed in 4 boxes that look like they have never been opened and the contents of the boxes are clearly marked.
They aren't a bomb as such at the moment but could easily be turned into one in no time at all.
I'm not a snitch so I'm sitting back waiting to see what happens with them.
A smart or daring person could easily arrange to inspect that property, distract the agent and have someone else remove them while the door is open.

The shop is completely empty except for the 4 boxes.
I wrote "mostly" so no smart arse pointed out that it wasn't completely empty due to the aforementioned 4 boxes.
