Yeah i agree-Ive seen Falou and he lacks energy -Ive not seen him do much special.

I guess he does have size thou.Next year our centres will be Morgan and hoppa with semi and Goodal on the wing . Toutai and falou will be back ups.Would be a decent backline if all stay fit. A few injuries and we lack depth thou

This was the defining moment that secured us the win :)

With a loss to Titans last week and another here we really will slip down the ladder.

We are down on troops thou and best to develop the guys than worry about under 20's comp

Thanks Hindy111

Actually it does. You said Morgan can't pass. One instance of Morgan passing completely falsifies your statement.

Pritchard and Matterson are indeed back for the NYC team. Lussick drops back to the bench after some strong games starting at hooker in Kaysa's absence. Davis is back in the starting team at left centre and is joined there by Fuimaono with Goodall and Folau promoted to the NSW Cup. Finally, Brandon Raelli makes his way back into the team.

Interesting comments from Ben Ikin on Sterlo tonight:

I'm hearing that the NRL are considering scrapping the national under 20s competition and replacing it with two state based under 18s and under 20s competitions that will feed into the NSW and QLD Cups, so the elite pathways that currently sit under the NRL are, I'm hearing, going to get a complete overhaul.

Are the NRL going to take junior development out of the hands of the clubs? Unlikely. More likely is they're going to make it cheaper for the clubs to run their 'academy' teams, while boosting the State Cup profiles.

Sounds like a good idea.

If the NRL were going to take junior development out of the hands of the clubs they'd need to put more emphasis on High Schools taking ownership of developing a player and we'd see something similar to the colleges in the USA. I personally don't like the NFL system where there's a draft to get players into teams.
