Every winger 'gets caught infield'. It's what happens when the opposition generates an overlap. Have any of you merkins noticed when Sivo scores one of his thousand tries that the opposition winger is usually a few metres infield when he gets the ball? Deadshit opposition fans are probably blaming their winger too, when the fact is defences need to compress to reduce one-on-ones in the middle of the field. It's the only way to stop the opposition from rolling 70 metres straight up the guts.

But if Sivo stayed on his man then we could blame Opacic for allowing his man a saloon passage to the line.
And if Opacic stayed on his man then we could blame Moses for getting trampled by Kikau.

Opposition teams have been finding overlaps on both our edges far too easy. It’s that bad out there at times, that some of the players actually look lost.

If by 'issues' you mean conceding tries, then sure we have issues. Just like the Storm and every other team. Last year we had more defensive issues than the Storm and Panthers, but fewer than every other team.

We had far more issues in attack.
