Re: Will Smith and Jimmy the Jet

==========================

The pair will be allowed to play in Monday’s Round 4 clash between the Tigers and Eels but could face sanctions at the completion of the governing body’s investigation.

According to multiple reports, the NRL sent an email to all 16 clubs on Wednesday afternoon advising players and officials were not permitted to attend the fight night.

Friend could remain with Roosters if he chooses to retire[/paste:font]
“I don’t think Gutho is capable of burning out,” Paulo said. “He’s the only guy I know who runs a 1.2 kilometre and is laughing at the end of it. He’s also the only one still talking after a big day of training.”

The Eels will be chasing four straight wins to start the season when they take on Wests Tigers on Monday, with the Tigers pinning their hopes on their own livewire No.1, Daine Laurie.

Gutherson says he’s enjoyed watching the Penrith recruit, who is smaller and sharper but with an equally giant appetite for work

Clint Gutherson kicked and screamed when Parramatta coach Brad Arthur forced him to sit out a training session this week.

Arthur had to listen to the same complaints from his skipper when he dragged him from the field with just two minutes remaining against the Broncos late last season.
