It's been well mentioned. What do you think he'd cost? 500k.min
Then you can show it to me. Otherwise read my updated post
And where did you pull that amount from?
Because the only “reported” dollar value I can find is for his first upgrade back in 2019 which was extension to 2022 for $1m.

Probable that he’s received an increase in that time, and potentially as @Poupou Escobar would say we’ve had to pay him more in order to “buy” the club option on him in couple of years. But then in 2022 the NRL leaked salaries to Herald

And Sivo wasn’t in top 5, so at most he’s in top 10 with average salary of $390060. Now it’s possible he got payrise last year, but $110k? Seems unlikely

You said there was virtually no contact sessions in the off season. You were wrong and then I decided to have a laugh at your expense. Any excuse to defend the bald fraud. Sivo had a problem with his tackling technique and it wasn’t addressed in the off season. He gets cited again which is his 7th in a year and they are only just now addressing it?? Get the f**k out of here!!

no I didn't, I asked if there was any, so you're wrong again and you're just making shit up about what I did or didn't say, check back at my post if you like

seriously mate get a grip you're loosing it, I'm no BA fan and I havent' supported BA for ages which is a matter of public record

you're just so intent on trolling that you'll take a swing at anyone for breathing

do better

But you know the most likely reason is that notwithstanding all the practice and direction, Sivo just f**ks up a lot
He is 31 this year. The time for forming good technique was years ago. He didn't even get to our club until he was 25 and the things he is good at are the things they do in rugby, which is his foundation. Why did the Panthers let him go?

Honestly, I think he might be on $500k. It's the upper limit of what he's worth (imo). Hopefully we haven't had to shell out his max value but as you say (paraphrasing myself) there is the club option, which boosts his price.

Ultimately none of us f**king know what he's on or anyone else. Do we have a good squad or not? That tells us whether the recruitment team have done a good job. Not whether a given top 30 player is in Ron Massey Cup or whatever.

If the Herald article is to be believed in 2022 he wasn’t paid more than $395k that year.
He had a pretty decent 2022 when he returned from injury, but enough to propel him into the top 5 wingers?
He resigned around start of 2023 to 2025 plus 2 option years. He’ll be 33(?) when those options start so I suspect they didn’t “cost” us that much upfront. The mutual option might if we’re the ones who push for it.
The only other factor I see is of course increase to salary cap last year and whatever the f**k it is this year, but how much of that increase is really going to go to ratcheting Sivo over Moses, Gutho, Drown, Penisini, Paulo, RCG, Lane, Matterson, et al?
Even if he was the 6th highest paid winger in that 2022 list at $394,999, getting to half a mill is a pay increase of 25% compared to the cap increase of 20%. He didn’t have that good a 2022.
Maybe he is getting $500k but I highly doubt it. $450k max IMO
Until he is off contract then it’s definitely $850k.

I expect he’s on about $400k, which is probably typical for a winger intended to play NRL every week he’s available.
