He dosent lack courage. Sometimes confidence which could be a result of his injurys and constantly being shuffled between 1 and 5. Hopefully he plays 1 and is left there even if that means spending time with Rip. His papers should be marked "never to play wing again".
Give the kid a chance BA ffs. Develop his kicking and passing game. Show him tapes of Slater and how he runs the ball back. The kid has enormous talent. Just needs to be developed and supported.
