I don't know. Do we think that BA is that much of an alpha that a HoF, 2 assistant coaches and 2 consultants are all afraid of speaking up?

Seems to happen a lot when Parra is playing a crucial game. Some might be true some might be false.

Other clubs are a much worse state than us, Knights, Manly, Tigers yet this seems to be big news that could "derail" the club.

Plleeesassee. These people in the media are full of sh*ttt

It seems the entire RL media is after us all of a sudden. Either they had all been holding grudges or someone's created controversy to make us step in a pile of shit tonight.

Alternatively, they all want to see The Green Machine win the Grand Final.

Our only friend in the media is Ennis so I'm hoping he'll defend us a little bit.

I find him to be a massive bandwagon rider.... Whenever a team, any team, is killing it or going well, he's all "Tell ya what boys, the [insert team] are flying aren't they? They've got all the ingredients of being able to give this comp a huge shake. Coach [insert name] has finally unlocked their potential, I reckon they'll be sniffing around the top 4 by the end of the season "

Fast forward 6-8 weeks and the same team might have lost 4 in a row and he'll be "Geez I tell ya what fella's the [insert team] are really struggling. There's been whispers for years about that joint and how they coach and players aren't on the same page. I reckon they'll be sniffing around the bottom 4 by the end of the season"

Maybe they are happy for him to hang himself?? I mean the rope is almost endless, I’ve never seen a more blatant form of nepotism in professional sport.

I mean we are a million dollar company not the make a wish foundation. The amount of non Eels fans I know think it’s hilarious. Surely after his 20 mins of shit last Friday night this should of been put to bed till next season?? Obviously not a big enough of a priority for Bea.

He is a grub and a smartarse.

He is jealous he wasn't the best player in his family.

Fox & Radio put him up there as one of the sharpest minds in the game. When in truth he is just another journo/weasel these days.

As i said he is pretty quiet whenever bad news breaks about Newcastle but with Parramatta he is straight on the front foot slipping the boot in.

For the first game of the season possibly.. But once we realised moving Brown to the centre position was a dumb idea he should have only appeared when we had an injury in the halves...

It would have been leaked but played as a different narrative to get as many clicks as possible. See Brown to Storm fox article coming out today...

He does bag the club but only when he does quick 5 minute interviews he doesn't analyse them in depth and his Son who is a big plodders plays for them....

Fair enough BA’s finals record is poor, and yeah we lose tonight, BA future is under serious risk. And yeah BA has been here a long time and change is probably required…..

but Jesus you would think reading the media reports and posts that we are an absolute basket case!

Yeah there are things the club could do better like junior development/pathways, but they have acknowledged that with the report and appointmenting Nrown to a role to help fix it…

But we still finished top 4, made finals again (5 times last 6 years)….salary cap in a good position, solid squad, some juniors coming through…

it’s not all doom, the club is in a very good position….just needs some fine tuning …over half the nrl clubs and fans wouId be wishing they were in our position!!

Let’s go eels, and rip some f**ken raiders heads off tonight and smash them….come on boys!! We can do it!!

Tbh Dylan Brown to storm would barely raise an eyelid or a media storm compared to allegations of nepotism inside the club and potential culture problems inside the club.

Apparently we signed Hodgso as we have a junior coming through who we want to play hooker so we let Reed go get Hodgso for 2 seasons then the "junior" will be ready for first grade.....

So Raaaaaay doesn't even do some journalism and find out if there is even a junior hooker being groomed to play in the NRL in 3 seasons..
