Bloody fickle Media. They've fallen head over heels for our coach. How long will it last?
As a side comment.
Lots of negativity around Jim and MON. They did sign Ryles though. Just hope they can keep him when Bellyache calls time.
Parra by 8 tomorrow night.

Fletcher and Lorenzo.

Also mentions Ryda, Coinakis, Bamblett, Petrus and Koina
Best I could get where they went into details of the junior players , obviously this was written prior to Hunter signing for 3 years at the Knights
MattheHunter : Jersey Fleg21)/NSWCup

Position: Five-eighth

Hunter joined Parramatta from the Townsville Blackhawks last year. A wily playmaker, Hunter can play at halfback but also excels in the No.6

— where has nine NSW Cup games in 2025. A skilful ballplayer, with footysmarts, Hunter is also the captain of the Jersey Flegg side.

Cameron Bamblett - SG Ball (U19)

Position: Fullback

A game-breaker who brings X-factor, Bamblett was recently named the Australian Schoolboys fullback. Elevated into Jersey Flegg after a strong SG Ball campaign. With a dangerous running game and deft hands, Bamblett can also play five-eighth. Was a stand out in Schoolboys Championship this month.

Lachlan Coinakis - SG Ball

Position: Hooker

Exciting spine prospect signed until end of 2027.

The Australian Schoolboy is a crafty dummy-half who is building a reputation as the ultimate competitor. Not only does he bring footy IQ but plenty of pace around the ruck.

Lincoln Fletcher - SG Ball

Position: Halfback

Signed until end of 2027, and, like Talataina, is earmarked as the future in the Eels halves. An organising No.7, the teen can pull the strings with his long-kicking game but also has the ball playing to create attacking opportunities.

Fletcher is also a handy goal kicker.

Jackson Koina - SG Ball

Position: Prop

One of Queensland's brightest prop prospects, Koina defected from the Broncos to join Parramatta until the end of 2028. Starred in Schoolboys tournament, earning Australian selection and MVP honours as Queensland's best player at the championship

Christopher Petrus - SG Ball

Position: Backrow

Athletic, powerful and can break the line, Petrus is drawing comparisons to Fijian powerhouse Viliame Kikau. A potent strike weapon on the edge, Petrus is a name to watch out for and promoted to Jersey Flegg this year.

Ryda Talagi-SG Ball

Position: Prop

Younger brother of Panthers playmaker Blaize, Ryda has committed to the Eels for another two seasons. Was the best forward in the club's Harold Matthews system last year, Talagi packs plenty of size and is a strong runner of the ball.

Lorenzo Talataina - SG Ball

Position: Five-eighth

Crowned SG Ball player of the year and has been elevated into the Jersey Flegg side. Boasts killer footwork, which makes him a nightmare for opposition defences. Talataina has genuine X-factor is not only one of the brightest halves prospects running around.

Zain Alameddine - Harold Matthews Cup (U17)

Position: Halfback

The talented teen has the footwork and turn of pace that has already been compared to a young Benji Marshall. Can slice up defences with his speed and has a cut-out pass that looks like it 'has been fired out of a cannon'.

Cyrus Bloomfield - Harold Matthews Cup

Position: Wing/Fullback

Cyrus Bloomfield - Harold Matthews Cup

Position: Wing/Fullback

Explosive off the mark and deceptively strong, Bloomfield is a powerful runnerand can punch through the defensive line. A standout in both league and union, the teen was part of Australia's Ul6srugby union squad.

Samuel Polly - Harold Matthews Cup

Position: Lock

Skilful forward with the work ethic to match.

Polly seriously impressed during this year's Harold Matthews. Polley's deft footwork makes him an attacking threat through the middle.

Talen Risati - Harold Matthews Cup

Position: Five-eighth

Agile and athletic, Risati is a dangerous running threat with silky hands. The King's School student is also a rugby union standout, starring for Australia's Ul6s side last year.

NRL market watch: Eels dismiss interest in Titans forward Beau Fermor amid Gold Coast cleanout
A roster cleanout looms at the Gold Coast, with a number of big-name players linked with the exits. However, the Eels have distanced themselves from a move for a big Titans star.

Parramatta have distanced themselves from luring Queensland State of Origin backrower Beau Fermor from the Titans.
Fermor’s future on the Gold Coast has been the subject of uncertainty in recent weeks with the 26-year-old believed to be frustrated at the club’s lack of on-field excellence.
There have been suggestions across the game that Fermor had requested a release from the final year of his Titans deal, or had at least asked for permission to talk with rival clubs before November 1, however Gold Coast management have denied that is the case to this masthead.
Senior Titans officials haven’t shied away from the fact they have underachieved in 2025.
The Eels have been linked to Fermor, however this masthead has also spoken with Parramatta officials, who have stated they aren’t interested in signing the talented forward.

The Eels have already commenced the process of forecasting their roster in the back row by signing young talents Jezaiah Funa-luta, Will Latu and Kitione Kautoga until the end of 2027.

Highly-paid backrower David Fifita is on the outer with coach Des Hasler and winger Phil Sami is also expected to not be offered an extension beyond next season.

Along with Fermor, try-scoring ace Alofiana Khan-Pereira has also been linked with a potential move, despite also having a year remaining on his contract.
All players are off-contract at the end of 2026, making them free agents from November 1

Great content Delboy, but a really hard read with the formatting and duplication... hope you don't mind but I cleaned it up.

Thanks, got it from the Daily Telegraph “source” , and copied it on phone. Not my forte in most aspects of technology, thought it was interesting for those that don’t follow the juniors to see the names that are coming through.
To be fair to you, the gobbledygook does read like a Terrorgraph article

How come you didn't mention Jezaiah Funa-Iuta ? Or don't you consider him a junior any more ?
