Lol a supporter.....
Umm where did I say that? captain geniuso. Just because I don't agree with the current board and their constant f**k ups doesn't mean I want the old board back. I'm just here to keep the bastards honest. And so far the bastards are doing good job of being incompetent. You know what I too was a supporter of this current board but all this lack good governance and other stuff has finally convinced me of the need of change. Independent directors.
How are the independent directors working out for the Tigers again Jake?
lol a dicknose. Mr bay 27 lol
https://au.sports.yahoo.com/league/...with-josh-massoud-and-jim-wilson/?cmp=twitterWests Tigers have now slumped to equal last, but that wasn’t the most disturbing outcome at Concord this week. In our humble opinion, the loss of Junior Kiwi halfback Te Maire Martin was the most damning reflection of the joint venture’s immense struggle.
Martin signed with Penrith after the Tigers chose not to exercise an option in their favour to keep him for just $85,000 next season. We’re told the joint venture’s independent directors made the call, much to the disappointment of the football department.

How are the NRL "independent directors " going at Knights, Tigers, and Titans?
Yep, the relevant questions are 1) who are the independent directors and 2) what is the resulting skills mix / power balance on the board.
In the case of Wests, they've got 3 independent directors on a board that is supposed to have 10 members, but which only has 5 members (as Balmain can't nominate their 5 while they owe a billion dollars). Of the 3 independent directors, Lucio is a smart operator (but with no sporting background that I know of), and the other two are marketing types, who may be useful on a 10-person board, but are not useful when they represent 40% of a 5-person board.
