Only way I can see enough money being available for Bobcat is if Parramatta lost Inu and/or Hayne.

He's got the (c) next to his name over there at the Dogs. I can't see him walking away from them. After all, they can afford to pay him far more than we can ATM.

everyone else is bailing out of the Doggies camp, why not Bobcat

I'd be happy to have him back

It was also reported that former hardman Craig Smith has joined our coaching staff to look after our forwards much the same way as Joey doing his thing with the halves.

we have 3 backrowers off contract at the end of 08 so it'd no suroese to me to see them go for someone like Bobcat.

why do we going back after ex-eels? lets spend in juniors. No doubt Ryan is good but him coming in will mean the loss of two juniors prolly.

the thing is Angry, you can't just turn to Juniors for the sake of it it does appear that we're a little short on classy backrowers coming through and by pinning our hopes on particular players can prove to be fatal.

both Marty Lewis and Tony Williams are 2 kids that could make a name for themselve in the next year or 2 but I really think they need some hard heads with them to guide them along and even that's not guarenteed to woirk.

Jay Cay is simply not an option yy and you know that ;-)
Yeah but with his go forward (if he still plays like when he was at the roosters) with his big bro and then moimoi coming on would give us a good blend of dynamics.

I still think we need another straight hard runner like Martin Lang. Hopefully Paulo and Weller can step up.

you have to consider that the backrow Pazza listed won;t be until atleast 2008 if we manage to sign Ryan and even then if you look at the ages of both Bobcat and Hindy they will be on the very back end of their careers.

In 2008 both will be very close to 30.

having thought about it probably not as mouth watering as first imagined.

tbh i wouldn't want to see us go too hard for ryan .... nice guy, has been a good player - but he ain't getting any younger - i think his best is behind him tbh

but only if he's available..las I head he played his last game in the NRL there is no way he'd come back. we'd be better of targeting Asotasi in 2012 ;-)
