I've actually just thought of a little twist to Parropoly.

"Coach cards". They'll be in a deck somewhere and they dictate a) how much you have to pay for houses etc and b) what return you get when people land on your properties.

eg Jack Gibson card - good returns when people land on your players
Michael Hagan card - you have to pay more to get stuff but you get lesser returns when people land on your players.

Coach cards are non-negotiable. You have to keep what you have until you get the chance to draw one again.

Old Kent Rd. Michael Erickson
Whitechapel Rd. Michael Buettner

The Angel Islington Denis Fitzgerald
Euston Rd. David Woods
Pentonville Rd. Steve Sharp

Pall Mall Peter Wynn
Whitehall Ian Johnston
Northumberland Ave. Luke Burt

Bow St. Dick Thornett
Marlborough St. John Muggleton
Vine St. Nathan Cayless

Strand Mitchell Wallace
Fleet St. Bob O'Reilly
Trafalgar Square Steve Ella

Leicester Square Jarryd Hayne
Coventry St. Nathan Hindmarsh
Piccadilly Eric Grothe

Regent St. Brett Kenny
Oxford St. Peter Sterling
Bond St. Mick Cronin

Park Lane Ray Price
Mayfair Ken Thornett

Well, I reckon:

Old Kent Road: Michael Eden
Whitechapel Road: Graeme Atkins

Pall Mall: Paul Taylor
Whitehall: John Simon
Nothumberland Ave: Peter Wynn

Bow St: Steve Ella
Marlbourough St: Eric Grothe (Snr)
Vine St: Daniel Wagon

The Strand: Steven Edge
Fleet Street: John Muggleton
Trafalgar: Bob O'Reilly

Leicester Square: Dick Thornett
Coventry St: Nathan Hindmarsh
Piccadilly: Ron Lynch

Regent St: Brett Kenny
Oxford St: Peter Sterling
Bond St: Ray Price

Park Lane: Ken Thornett
Mayfair: Michael Cronin

I've left out Jarryd Hayne, because I dont know where to put him. He could end up with Mick Cronin in a penthouse in Mayfair, or bumming around Trafalgar Square with Bob O'Reilly. Time will tell.

Wow.

Cronin gets the top spot, Price gets dumped from the illustrious Dark Blue, no Cayless but there's Simon and Wagon, Lynch makes an appearance and sits only below the Mayor and the elite 80s boys, and Eden and Atkins get a run.

Interesting.

I'll have a go, just to add to the player suggestions coming in...

My criteria:
1. Voted into Parra Legends/Hall of Fame (current players exempt)
2. Over 100+ games for Parra (current players need 200+ games)
3. Represented Internationally

That gives us 19 players, so I've included 3 among the list below that don't meet all these criteria *.

* Old Kent Rd. - Jack Gibson (83 games) - coach of first premiership team
* Whitechapel Rd. - Steve Edge (117 games) - didn't represent, but captain of first premiership team

The Angel Islington - Brian Hambly (113 games)
Euston Rd. - Neville Glover (118 games)
Pentonville Rd. - Ken Thornett (136 games)

Pall Mall - Denis Fitzgerald (145 games)
Whitehall - Eric Grothe Sr (145 games)
Northumberland Ave. - Barry Rushworth (148 games)

Bow St. - Peter Wynn (151 games)
Marlborough St. - Steve Ella (153 games)
Vine St. - Ron Hilditch (156 games)

Strand - Dick Thornett (168 games)
Fleet St. - Ron Lynch (202 games)
Trafalgar Square - Billy Rayner (203 games)

Leicester Square - Bob O'Reilly (216 games)
Coventry St. - Mick Cronin (216 games)
Piccadilly - Peter Sterling (227 games)

Regent St. - Nathan Cayless (probably 240ish games by end of next year)
Oxford St. - Ray Price (258 games)
Bond St. - Brett Kenny (265 games)

Park Lane - Nathan Hindmarsh (probably over 265 games by end of next year)
* Mayfair - The Blue and Gold Army (the fans)

H.J. I've made a terrible mistake. I meant to put Cayless in. What will I do? I know, I'll evict Steve Edge, and install Nathan into a lovely two bed-room flat in the Strand. I guess Steve can sleep on a bench at Liverpool St Station. Shame, seeing as he captained our first ever premiership-winning team. Parropoly's a tough game, eh?

or the Brian Smith coach card where you get rid of all your assets and have to start from scratch
