Dissapointing to read that scoreline but thats excellent news about green in his 1st full match of PL it sounds like he did well. The kid is all class. And lets not forget in the space of one year he he come from SG BALL to PL, Last player do that for us was Jamie Lyon. Blake Green will win alot of 1st grade games for us.

Can Anyone tell me How Kris Inu went in the Ball??? This kid is special.

Daniel russell should not be let near another Parra jersey he makes Benny Kusto look like Andrew Johns, cop the tip.

Kris Inu: should be sponsered by 4 and 20 meat pies!!...he scored atleast 3 maybe 4 of them yesterday, he played left centre and terrorised his opposing player every time he touched the ball, he's also looking bigger than last year which is good and I have no doubt we'll see him back in Jersey Flegg after the SGB comp.

Russell: I think your being really harsh here, while on the field he was giving some really good ball to Blakey and kicked quite well, infact one cross field bomb which lead to an Ash Graham try was a superb kick.

Thanks for the reports.

Shame for Tsoulos about the injury, that'll put him behind the eight ball a bit.

Fui Fui is sure getting some tries - be interesting so see a minutes played vs points scored graph for trials this year, he may be at the top?

Not really. We have plenty of forwards who Iam sure would have no problem in stepping up.

I would not judge him on this game as he left early with a broken hand. ObviouslyI did not see how he went last week. If he's anything like his brother... keep him. Maybe half is not his bag. A centre maybe?

It's broken in 2 places and he will find out tomorrow how long he will be out for. :(

Ash Graham went from SG Ball to first grade within the same year.

What year was that?? 2003

Does anyone have an update on Tsoulos? I think it would be a huge loss if he was outed for an extended period.

yo Lainey!

there was a "go Snowy" sign opposite side of the grandstand yesterday, that wasn't you was it?

No, but he did have a small group of supporeters that wore white wigs to all the games. They called themselves the Snowys, it may have been them. I wish I had been able to go now. I had a 2 year olds birthday party to go to then I had to work last night.

look Alex, it's really difficult to say, not only would he need scans to find out the extent of the damage and that would happen after the swelling goes down, however I imagine that the club would not release a media update on him as his not considered a regular firstgrader, you may want to contact the club you self on Wednesday or Thursday to find out.

I'm pretty sure he was walking around without the aid of crutches after the game, but he looked very stiff however that might be due to the ice pack that was taped around his leg inside his trackies.

not being an expert on Physics I'm not really sure whether your able to walk around without crutches after you've just suffered the worst possible knee injury. but I would imagine you'd find it difficult to move around at all if you've just suffered a tear in the anterior cruciate muscel.

Too right mate.

If it was a serious injury (such as torn anterior cruciate ligament or a fractured patella), he undoubtedly would require assistance to walk on his own.

Even a strong brace would hardlysuffice.

also, he was assisted off by two trainers not carried off in a stretcher. and i'm sure if there was any doubt about the severity of the injury would they consider calling an ambo to get him straight to hospital?

So true.

The fact he was assited off by trainers and went straight to hospital could inidcate it was amerely a sprain.

Hopefully it is just a sprain.

He should then only be out for a maximum of two weeks.

But from you're telling me, it doesn's sound drastically serious.

Actually mate you've sorta answered my question. I'm no doctor either but if a player suffered a season ending knee injury he wouldn't be walking without any assistance. At least it doesnt sound as bad as i was thinking.

Just on that Flegg centre people were talking about, I only saw the last 10 mins of Flegg and was extremely impressed with him. He was very good. Definately too much to handle for the Raiders.
