Meh, at the end of the day it was one conversion that separted it all. We blew a few opportunities, but so did they. It was an intense game so you've got to expect a few mistakes in there. I do agree that we missed Manu big time. Byrne was awesome, maybe it was the beer but I thought he was the man last night. Granted i'd still rather have Jerome but if this is his replacement then i'm not going to lose much sleep over it.
On a brighter note, I saved my local bar a few dollars last night: I got there and was told "we're not showing the league tonight; sky sports isn't working" I cringed at the thought of having to go to "Jays bar and cafe" to watch it, but then casually pointed out that it was on Sky 1--not sky sports. The bartender was very happy; he'd been turning people away all night so I pretty much saved his ass hahah.
