Yes he does amd very well deserved being the premiership winning fullback and all. I actually forgot there's a break after the trials of one week so that should give time for the covid players to return.

A few could be late inclusions. Fish caught it in All Stars I guess depends how he trains

Is the game in any doubt tomorrow given the weather?

We've been up north coast for a week where the weather was horrendous and no better in penrith from what we gather.

Was intending to go to all three games but its pouring up at home just now and forcast is bleak. ground surely severely waterlogged even if we have close to the best surface in the game.

Can Staines play prop?

I get your point, if they wanted to ease players in they have time only being the start of the season.

I always like to look at others around us. Roosters have had top guys not play a trial. Atleast fish had all stars and was in training pics

Disappointing not to see how Leniu would go starting and given decent minutes. That was one of the unanswered questions I was hoping this trial would answer. I still don’t think the make up of our bench in a best 17 is certain outside of Sorensen getting one of the spots.

Staines -given the fullback roll again, Ivan might start with him in round 1 as well.
Rennings given a chance on the wing after last weeks good performance.
Tago is the centers as we thought.
SOS in for Nathan will be there for the early rounds and SOO.
Spencer given a shot at starting prop, hope this continues.
Young Geyer selected on the bench after his stand out effort last week. We will see how he goes against first graders.
Blacker given another chance to impress.
Soni Luke? I thought he left. Anyone know more. Alway liked him in the lower grades.

I like the idea of Edwards being transformed into a centre. I think he would be excellent running straight and hard at the line.
Staines may or may not make it as a fullback. But in attack atleast he would scare defenses with his speed. Unsure if his defense is up to the mark.
It also pushes Tago into the backdrop where you're thin. Certainly need some juniors to step up now. Squad looks thin in depth.

I reckon on paper we struggle to win this but if we get through with no injuries or suspensions and a clear picture of our best 17 (and the next in line for each position) that is far more important.

Its a trial. Who cares. Plus its going to be passing down rain.
I just want know injuries

Cheers for the laugh. The Panthers depth is just fine.

Disappointing for Spencer I was looking forward to him ripping in against the eels.Hopefully he will be right to go rd 1 when it counts.

Coming from an Eels fan? That is rich. Sorry, but, you are wrong.

Parras forward depth is very strong
The issue is our best 13 isn't as good as your best 13. So if everyone fit you'd win.
But guys like Eisenhuth and Sorrenson who will be part of your 17 wouldn't even get a sniff in the Eels pack. Neither woul be first in either if an injury.

I don't think so. I feel it's thin once take a couple of forwards out.
We have some kids coming through watch the name brad fearnley he will crack first grade before the end of the season high quality forward in the Shane Rodney mould .high work rate

Yes I wouldn't be suprised. Our best forwards have been let go. Kafusi,Stefano.....
We have a strong pack this year. Maybe even next at a stretch and then we will have to old guys who I reckon will be slugs by then on 700k and will be bottom 4. I'm very worried about this.

The Panthers has stronger junior base, with better coaches. Wee will be fine. Eisenhuth was hardly used last year, and Sorrenson is a great player.

Your junior system should be on par with ours .i think the eels get caught up sometimes with over paying instead of just letting them go
Trust the systems and give the young kids a crack
