The Parramatta Eels are excited to announce that the Eels will co-host the inaugural Sydney Double Header with the South Sydney Rabbitohs in Round 3 next year. This fantastic day of Rugby League will see the South Sydney Rabbitohs take on the Manly Sea Eagles at 5pm, followed by our mighty Parramatta Eels playing 2016 Premiers, the Cronulla Sharks.

The Blue and Gold are excited to be part of an event that is sure to be a highlight of the 2018 season. It is great to see the NRL working with clubs to develop marquee events in Sydney that will attract great crowds.

Exactly? ... who gets seats? ... do i lose another home game cos some bum rabbit fan is sitting in my good seat while i sit in the nose bleeds?

What is the motivation for a double header? To pretend we can fill a stadium? ... i see no point really
