Feedback from FoxtelHelp after I shared Mascords RFL article

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. This game is currently not in our upcomming schedule. Due to a change in broadcasting agreements, Eurosport is no longer able to broadcast it.

Same answer I keep getting. Accoring to the RFL press release though Eurosport are out of the picture and the rights are exclusive to foxtel and foxsports. There is mis communication going on at someones end.

Like many others - as an Australia based International RL fan i am disappointed to say the least. :(

Will no doubt see the score before heading to work and then highlights at a later date ..... but nothing like catching the game live (or at least within hours...if recorded).

Here's hoping the 2nd and 3rd Tests are given a bit better respect from the broadcasters.

You would think one of the governing bodies, seeing as it's their product that they gave away without any guarantee of it being shown.

Trying to blame broadcasters for this is rather silly. The game is not their responsibility, it's the governing bodies who are to ensure the game is taken care of.

Its more and more looking like fox are being knobs

Nothing on the on-screen TV guide on Foxsports.Might check the Foxsports NEWS 500 channel.They had something on a few days ago instead of Foxsports NEWS,so you never know.

Try BBC iPlayer on BBC Two - you can't get it in Aus, but you need an addon to your browser like "anonymoX", and change your IP to a UK address. Result perfect HD screen of the game.

I watched it via a VPN.

Quality at times was a bit spuddy (a lot of traffic),but for the most part of the game,it came good.

I'm not going to chuck in a spoiler in case anyone wants to watch it from the start.

There's no real mention of the result on any online versions of the papers, or foxsports here in Sydney.

I therefore ask - How can Australia claim to be the worlds greatest rugby league playing nation when the worlds 1st and 3rd teams played overnight and no-one knows about it?
