5. Excellent
4. Good
3. Average
2. Bad
1. Awful

ENGLAND LIONS:
1. Paul Wellens = 1. Turtle should never get a rep game again. How the hell is he meant to get an attack rolling from a kick return??? He wasn't even that "safe" in the game against Australia.

2. Ade Gardner = 1. He is a better player than what he showed in this touirnament. He deserves ONE more series. If he fails, piss him off.

3. Martin Gleeson = 2. Quiet tournament from him. I can't see him coming to play in Australia. He'll struggle.

4. Keith Senior = 2. We won't see this guy improve in international level. He has to go. Looks like Tarzan, plays like Jane.

5. Mark Calderwood = 1. Wingers from PNG and Ireland played better than this bloke. He should not play internationals again.

6. Danny McGuire = 3 The guy is not a robot. I like his style of play. His passing to his right still needs some work.

7. Rob Burrow = 3 Quiet against NZ. I'd give him another go in the future.

8. James Graham = 5 Reminds me of Ben Hannant. He'd get an NRL gig for sure.

9. James Roby = 4. He had some good moments.

10. Jamie Peacock (c) = 3. He needed to do more.

11. Ben Westwood = 3. Average.

12. Gareth Ellis = 2. I saw nothing from him. NRL will really test him.

13. Rob Purdham = 4. Gutsy player. I like his tenacity.

Bench:
14. Leon Pryce = 2. He is capable of so much more.

15. Adrian Morley = 3. Nice game against NZ for Moz.

16. Mickey Higham = 4. He can play

17. Jon Wilkin = 1. Too quiet.

Put it this way. Id only like to see McGuire, Peacock, Graham, Roby, Ellis, Morley, Higham and Sinfield in the NRL out of the team.

The rest are pretty avg. Gardner could be alright but didnt really see much in this WC.

Gardner looks good in SL because he is outside the best classical centre of all time.

Matt Gidley made Justin Ryder look good too...

Most of the English forwards were alright, Graham and Peacock never gave up, Morley was pretty consistent, and in the hooker role, Higham and Roby were one of the few English players who offered any creativity in attack.

The backs were woeful, Wellens, who is known for his positional play was out of position so often in this tournament it was scary.

Gardiner, isn't a bad player skillwise, but has a bad attitude, he pretty much costed England their chance of getting back into the game last night, forcing English to provide to line drop outs with just stupid unnecesary plays at the ball, and then when had a chance to dive on the ball first to stop a Kiwi try, he just kicks it out...

Burrow had a dig, but McGuire and Pyrce didn't offer much this series, which was a surprise, they have offered more in the past. Senior, unfortunately he is too old now for international football.

Gareth Ellis plays a different role.

For the role he was assigned, he played very well for all 4 of England's games.

Other than last night, Morley was a passenger.

Graham actually disappointed me for the most part, expecting more form the MoS, all I saw until last night was an upgraded Cziolowski.

His plays, the one that created the Gleeson(?) try demonstrated what he needs to do more of.

I feel for Peacock, the tail end of his career where he has to carry a greater load because he is surrounded by duds.

Roby may have to become a halfback, because at the moment, Higham is too good (by English standards) to leave on the bench.

James Graham was a standout, i would throw in Burrow, Roby, Higham and some of Purdham but thats it really.
