On Friday Erindale College travelled down to melbourne to have their first trail game together against the Victorian Lightning U'18s side.(which is the junior Melbourne storm players)
We departed from Erindale on friday morning at 8am and arrived at 6pm. We then had dinner and had a quite night. we got up for dinner and had a light training session at 11am. We then got everything ready and headed off for Olympic Park at 1:30pm. We had our warm up and then played at 3:30.
We played an very strong game considering it was our first hit out together and not one player didnt put in. We ended up beating the Storm side who had a lot more size than us 56-0. We ran in 12 tries but only kicked 4 goals.
We watched the Storm and bulldogs gamer then headed off home. We arrived back at 4:30 am sunday morning. All in all it was a good trip and a i would to thiank all the coaches, trainers and teachers that came along and helped.
