I'm interested in finding out the strength of the English team.

did'nt we send the school which won the national schools championship to the under 16's euro's last year to represent england?

maybe we've done something similar this time too?

any way you look at it, this sort of thing is probably much more important than senior tests right now.
These kids are the WC players for 2012.

yes, but this time they send some mix school squad... and difference between that squad and school is that players from that school played together for 4-5 years and they know each other very good... and this is some mix school squad.

your right...but i don't think these english kids are the "best under 18's" in england...a proper england u18's would walk this comp

is'nt he england academy that toured australia last month a under 18's side? or is it 19's?

From RLEF web site:

In the Shield, in Beroun, a try by David Crangle in the fourth minute of the second period of golden point extra time saw SCOTLAND defeat SERBIA 42-38 in an absolute thriller.

This was one of the best match in Serbian rl history, Serbian U18 lead 24:4 in first half, but they gave chance to Scotland U18 team to get back and end of match result was 32:32. In first extra time finish 38:38. In second extra time Scotland scored try and won game. We were extreme unlucky!
I wish to takes to all Serbian U18 team, coaches and management. With base of 40 U18 players we create very god team. After 7 days preparation in one training camp near Belgrade from 30 candidates we chose best 20 for EURO U18. For us it's more important that Serbia in last 3 years played
U19 in France in 2006, U16 in Serbia in 2007, U18 in Czech R. in 2008, and that we have constant youth development, and we will be very happy if from this group of players 3-4 play in future in Serbian national squad.

Sounds good. Serbia are definitely strengthening. I wonder how good the Russian kids were who played in the Euro celts team?
