That was the best possible result bar golden point. Those guys were f**ked.

No way out of 28 degree heat can they bring it back to back .

If we turn up with that attitude 39-0 will be a happy pleasant dream compared to the nightmare that could unfold.

It will be a tough game, its a prelim final. It will not be easy - we need to destroy them early and go on with it unrelenting all game.

I can't see the Cows having a repeat bad game next week. If they were on song from the start they would have beaten the nags by a lot more and there would not have been any extra time. Personally I wish the nags had won, as they would have been an easier opponent.

Best possible result.

It was hot up here today and I'm no where near Quigs and he is nowhere near Townsville.

They were f**ked, the defense not there for both teams.

Quick play the balls. Strong dummy half running from the likes of Bird, Feki and Holmes. Keep their forwards running backwards. Wear them out fast.

Gotta shut down Morgan too. He's the ace up their sleeve.

Got drag them into a tough, physical battle early on.... Plenty of line speed, plenty of numbers in the tackle... Bash them up early and I don't think their weary bodies can cope....

Tamou, Scott and Cooper look like they're on their last legs - will still back Cooper for 1st try though. He always gets us!

Yes they would've been. Cowboys were at home last night & only just managed to beat them.

We're fools if we think the Cowboys will be a pushover- they will have had a week's rest.

In reality though, it's a long season & all players from all clubs are feeling the fatigue pinch.

We have had a rest & our niggles won't be as bad as there's & their tiredness will affect them...it simply has to.

The trick is having a game plan to take best advantage of it...Flanno will have to come up with something. Trouble is, he's never been in the same position, so he has to avoid us not coming out flat & then riding out the initial Cowboys onslaught.
