Team full of debutants a tough task for Robster.
Robster at the rleague 2002 Awards nite with his partner and canberra team mate
3 year controversial player "Robster" is set to lead his team out in the Probable v.s possible tournerment in November, surprising enough every player is kiwi apart from one player and all the players apart from the captain are debutants
F7s times interviews Robster:
fst - Hey Robster for joining us, what can stop you from getting invited to play f7s in 2005?
R - bout half the players in my team can't play due to exams and other important business, holidays e.t.c but I know I can field a team of 5, and I certianly hope we don't play the Raiders first up in the tournerment.
fst- its fair to say none of us have seen your talent before, who would you say you playmaker is and why?
R - Mixmastereece has to be one of them for sure he's got a great sense of humor and a writting ability like Thierry Henry, he's a champ.
fst - If you do get into the 2005 comp, what would your goals be.
R - I can guarantee we'll finish at least halfway on the ladder, thats our short term goal.
fst - Do you see a strong f7s test team next season?
R - Well having a Warriors team provides the totals of f7s play to increase at least 4 times as much, so I would say so.
fst- Who have you appointed Vice Captain?
R- Murphdogg1 he plans to post every game so I think as experince comes along he'll deserve to play that role.
fst- You say your team that more then half can't play due to life duties, would that have a disadvantage?
R - well yes and no, I mean Australians in other teams are always avaliable for such events as for kiwis something always comes up to prevent them *laughs*. But serously we have Mixmasterreece and Murphdogg1 playing and I see no reason why we can't win even win the tournerment.
fst- Well thanks for your time Robster, good look for the tournerment.
R - Thanks alot.
*hangs up*
