The time they've scheduled the Super Pool match between PNG and New Zealand (Sat 10:35pm?) is disgraceful... considering they had promised to show it live.

This could only happen in RL. Imagine another serious sport where a national broadcaster reneges on its committment to show live WC games?!

in vic they have 10 adds at every comerical break, a 90 min game with no halftime took nearly 2hrs and 10 mins to compete (not counting the opening 30)

The SkySports coverage of the games has been absolutely top notch. A real credit to their team. Hopefully that is the feed that most of the 127 countries are getting because that would be a great advertisement for the game. At least the Ch 9 debacle is only limited to Australia.

Why don't we put the pressure on to put the Saturday night Pool A games on at a decent time. They use 60 minutes as a sh*thouse excuse for the Sunday night Aussie games, but there is no excuse to be showing NZ v PNG at 10.30pm on Saturday night when this was one of the games originally promised to be live.

We are being dudded big time. Colin...??? any thoughts???

Thank god for Fox! One of the few times I saw a game before most of teh East coast!

Anyone who thinks this isn't a case of Ch9 having their cake and eating it is wrong. It's clear;y so they can run more adds during the game.
